Antique Embroidered Leather Boots
An important antique Central Asian pair of silk embroidered leather boots with upturned toes. The fronts of the leather boots embroidered in red and black silk floss geometric motifs with the right boot having a small sky blue glass paste bead attached. The uppers of the boots made of a very soft leather, probably deer hide. Circa early 4th century AD
